What's included

Cleaning and Linen

Our cleaners ensure the property is cleaned to a high standard. We provide linen, towels and toiletries. You have to pay for the very first clean of your property and the initial set of hotel-quality linen and the linen delivery fee before your very first guest arrives. All other cleans are paid for by guests (although you pay for the toiletries).
We take photos of the property after each clean and this is uploaded onto your client dashboard so you can track bookings remotely.

Professional Photography

Professional photos taken by our team of photographers and quickly uploaded to a range of short-term rental sites.

Listing Management

Your listing advertised on different online platforms including Airbnb and Booking.com. We also use dynamic algorithm to optimise revenue and occupancy.

Guest Vetting

We vet our guests carefully to ensure we attract the right kind of clients to your property. We require government ID and check previous reviews. In addition, we do not accept bookings of less than 3 nights at weekends or 2 nights during the week.

24/7 Guest Support

Our customer service team will manage all guest communications from enquiry through to check out. Whether it be a question regarding where to collect keys, Wi-Fi passwords or anything else, your guests will be handled by us, relieving you of any responsibility.

24/7 Check-in

Guests have the flexibility to arrive whenever they wish, without having to wait for the host to hand the keys over to them.

Client Portal

Full oversight of your upcoming bookings and financials. It allows full transparency and enables you to keep track of the revenue your property is generating. We even take photos after each clean so you can rest assured in the knowledge your property is being well looked after.
